Great product to reduce heat, burns or scorching when drilling, screwing or sawing. Prevents breakage of brass screws when assembling fittings in furniture. It works on all materials I've used it on: wood, metal, plastic and some artificial materials. A little goes a long way, doesn't stain, and dissolves in water.

Makes drilling and cutting much easier. Allows you to drill holes as if it were a brand new drill bit in each hole. I also rub a bit with a hacksaw and it cuts a lot better and my blades last a lot longer. a little goes a long way, and I mean a little. At temperatures above 100 degrees, it begins to liquefy. I keep it inside since I live in Arizona and the temperature in the garage is over 100 degrees for several months.

Hello everyone, my biggest problem is not buying and shipping during the hot summer months like me. I think it's product is great and I've still used it when drilling in metal but I ordered and received it it melted and turned into a liquid instead of a paste which was my fault. I live in Phoenix Arizona and it was about 115 out so not only is it a great product it saves my exercises and I really hope this helps.

First of all it is amazing. It is highly recommended to use this for your taps and drills. Unfortunately, the lid broke on my first order due to the wrong packaging material (soft envelope). I went back to Revain and they sent a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement in the padded envelope was also damaged. Hoping for the 3rd time is the appeal. In summary, it can be difficult to obtain an undamaged Boelube container, but it is definitely worth the effort for such a wonderful product.

So far I have used it on aluminium, copper, brass, bronze and magnesium. I will soon be using it on mild steel, stainless steel, titanium and inconel. Helps with finishing, speed, chip evacuation and tool life. Pictured is a project I'm doing with AZ31 Magnesium, the surface is silky smooth and the pattern is beautiful. I popped up leaving 0.002 inch to finish/pattern. I smeared a thin layer about half the size of M&M onto the top, did a quick operation at a depth of .002" and now it's shiny…
