Cannot install yet. The directions are funny. The photo does not look like a pump and there are no verbal instructions. There are no flow arrows on the pump. Poor quality product. Didn't take long.

Impossible to describe how impressed I am with this product. I use it as a hot water circulation pump. I had to turn it off and on multiple times to make sure it was really working, it's so quiet. Would buy again.

Works great so far. We use it every day to pump water from our solar collector to our hot water tank. What I like best is that it runs very quietly. The problem is that you have to remember to turn it off. I think we need to put it on a timer.

The way it went bad was very bad. Bought in May, connected in mid-June, checked in August for noticeable drop in water consumption. The photos speak for themselves. Upgrade to three stars. I'm still not happy with the product but I contacted the company and they refunded my money without too much trouble. So 1 for product + 5 for customer service / 2 = 3.
