Great product brought my 7 year old wine cooler back to life

My Wine Enthusiast 24 bottle wine cooler has died. I've been researching on You Tube and the web and came across the Peltier Thermoelectric Cooler. The top and bottom TEC1-12705FX thermoelectric Peltier coolers have been removed and replaced and it works better than new. Now the temperature is maintained at 56 in the upper zone and 45 in the lower zone. Be sure to apply thermoelectric paste to both heatsinks before installation. I used a 4g tube which I had to apply sparingly on the final…

For wine refrigerators without a compressor. He has a peltier block.

After disassembling the wine cooler, I found that the peltier block module (I didn't know what a peltier module was) had a protruding green part on the side has it. I watched how to repair a wine cooler on YOU TUBE. Went to Revain and they had a part with a special glue. Assembled works better than new.

Super effective for internal components

. I have to say it's super insanely fast how cool the device is now. Great product so I suggest using a 12 volt battery just to touch the wires to find the cold or hot side and roll with a bang. Simple and easy to use. Many Thanks!

The side with the lettering was the cold side.

Bought a non-working Wine Enthusiast 28 bottle cooler cheaply. Internet research led me to the conclusion that the Peltier chip had failed. I disassembled the cooler module, took the chip number from the old chip and ordered this one, the chip with the exact number, but probably from a different manufacturer. This one already had flat terminals on the wires so assembly was easy. I bought thermal paste and assembled the module. I tested it to make sure I have a wine cooler and not a wine warmer…
