I ordered this mop and mop for my new LVP floor and they work great! I use Bona Wood Floor Cleaner and the result is amazing!

The product does not match the description or image. There was no mop, the most important and expensive part of the product. Don't order this if you're expecting a mop.

Bona has lowered their standards. Because of this, they have discontinued their white dust coat. Doesn't work well with pet hair. Doesn't last very long and their new grip doesn't hold the pads very well. Oh Bona, how could you take a great product and ruin it?

This is my favorite quick mop for my new hardwood floor. The mop head works smoothly and swivels in all directions to get into hard-to-reach places. The microfiber mop head is my favorite of the three mop heads, it gives my floor a nice shine without the addition of detergent.

The description describes the supplied mop, the "telescopic handle" and the whole mop in several photos and another picture of the mop in the box with 2 pads and on the main part only picture 3 pack. This is of course very confusing and the mop is not included, which is why I sent this item back.

Please read this carefully. The first item on the list for this item is "Microfiber floor mop with telescopic handle". There is no telescopic mop. Replacement nozzles only. Later in the description in the description it says that the mop handle is not included. So read more carefully than me! Low rating because they could make the description clearer in the first part of the ad, I'm sure the product will be ok.

This mop is practical and cleans well. Despite their fragility, the pads easily attach to the head/base with Velcro. From the pictures of three different pads they appear to be firmer than what is in the packaging. The Bona PowerPlus Deep Cleaning Pad is exactly the same as the Microfiber Cleaning Pad, except for two thin green strips of nylon material. For thorough cleaning, these strips should be wider. In general. The mop is effective and cleans my floors.

This thing doesn't hold up well when cleaned and I needed it. If you have very slippery floors, such as B. freshly laid parquet, then that should be fine, because you literally just want to dust it off, no problem. But if you're looking for a floor cleaner, forget it. It's useless. The included cushion is folded a million times. There has never been a slick brush on the floor. It all folded in all directions and then broke after 20 minutes. A complete waste of money.
