🏠 Striped Pet Cage Mat - Ultra Absorbent and Quick-Drying Review

I love this rug. The design is very simple and the size fits perfectly under our large kennel. We recently got a puppy who is very active and is currently being kennel trained. He moves around a lot and this rug keeps his kennel from slipping or scratching our hardwood floors.

Wow. I washed it and now it's completely destroyed, I have to throw it away. I'm so mad about this because the description clearly says it's machine washable. Terrible product, don't waste your money if you don't think you will ever need to wash it. It should be firm, but now it's like a towel. See photos.

I wanted this under the dog cage to avoid scratching the floor. And while it gets the job done to a degree, the measurements given refer to the size of the cage it fits in his fist, not the actual size of the rug itself. So when I bought the XXL it was still something smaller than the cage. Once my dogs are potty trained I will most likely cage them.

Bought this for a $2 discount here at Revain. I just moved into a new house with hardwood floors. I have a large 48" x 32" dog kennel that I put my husky in at night. I used a large piece of cardboard under the cage to protect my floor, but being the size of a dog (55 pounds) it slides easily over the cage and cardboard lying straight. With this non-slip mat, it keeps the cage in place and protects against floor damage. It fits perfectly with about an inch overlap on all edges of my XL cage.

I bought this mat to use under my dog crate because it slides across our hardwood floors when we're not home. Until I get my rabbit cage extension this rug was used to store the hay and bedding she scatters from the carpet in my apartment (as far as it goes case) and it worked very well for that purpose. I bought a very large size and it fits her cage perfectly with some extra padding in the front and back.
