for the price - I highly recommend this product as I used it many times before needing to replace my original set. I bought another more expensive kit from another supplier but didn't like it so I went back and ordered this product again. For the price unbeatable!

Works great. Wrong to buy a large size - I bought a medium size for my 7 year old and they work great and have plenty of room to grow. He's probably used them inline skating 30 times or more, and they do the job of getting the kid to fall, not hurt himself, get up, and keep going.

The red details in the gray plastic are a kind of insert that is glued on a weak glue. They turn out very easily and are fun. I guess it's not a big deal but the main reason I bought it was because I liked the color scheme. If I had known they would fall out I would have bought something else.

Bought for 7 year old daughter; They're a bit too big for her, but she manages. I got them because the child size is not very good quality and I wanted good ones; The arm protection is great, but the knee protection is a bit loose. I guess in a year or two they will fit perfectly without having to pull too hard on the straps. Now it's big for a 7 year old so maybe normal sized kids aged 10 would benefit from this;

bought these for his 8 year old grandson who is a size 7 and very thin. The description didn't really say if the size was adult or child. We bought the medium. The label says "adult med". These are very good pads, but the straps are too big for his skinny legs, even in jeans. We had to pull the velcro all the way through and seal it with tape. Lots of room to grow.
