Cheap Terrarium Heat Lamp is Totally Useless

According to my experience, this heat lamp is not worth it at all for your reptile or amphibian. It barely emits any heat and feels more like a nightlight than a heat source... Using it as a backup or just a decorative light might be the only use for it..

Doesn't last long on heat lamps and terrarium mats

I bought this on October 22nd and it blew out on January 7th. The box doesn't say which generation you bought, but even the 1st generation with 5000 hours 24/7 didn't last nearly as long. I would not buy this item again or recommend it
