This pillow is ideal for lying on your stomach. I wish he had a chance to switch out the toys attached to him for a change, but they stuck there. I gave him more, but it's too much. I bought this because it was smaller than normal, it works great for my twin grandkids as a support and helps my daughters, arms etc breastfeed well to prop up sized to add to a regular pillow when she needs a little extra on one side and great for boys who just sit up a little bit when you want to sit in front of them and take pictures not sure if that's something what everyone wants but it suits our needs perfectly, very soft as described and still washes well and dries in the laundry
