🏎️ Borla 40941 XR-1 Oval Stainless Sportsman Racing Muffler - Silver, 17-inch Review

Assembled, easy to fill up under the car, the noise is quiet, not squeaky. Great for custom builds, I hid it under a Jeep Jku and it worked great.

The flow design gave me a bit more power. Of course I don't have a cat. Good booming sound. I have it under the front bed of my Chevrolet Long Cab Convertible. I am happy

Muffler installed at local shop. It sounded great but didn't last three weeks and the rear outlet broke so I had to buy another muffler. i wasn't happy Don't waste money. Not sure if mine was just defective or poor quality.

I love the quality of the material this product is made of. Easy installation The pleasant sound of the silencer is not loud, but not too soft. Restriction on exhaust flow is minimal once installed, I would repurchase to replace the OEM muffler. Very impressive

Excellent quality and fit but more expensive than bullet mufflers. I bought it based on the description and reviews that said it wasn't too loud. I'm not happy with the sound above 1500rpm, it's as loud as any straight muffler for twice the price. The oval design doesn't mean it will be quiet. it's basically a glass packaging that looks nice and shiny.

On Toyota Tacoma X-Runner: Replaced an unknown Magnaflow offset center with this Borla center (turned out I was using 3" pipes instead of the standard 2.5 -inch- and the Revain muffler that came with me was 3". I got lucky). Both mufflers were about the same size, but the Borla was much lighter and the sound was boosted - although I aimed for it. It only gives a slight rumble, no annoying level, and it has a really nice cold start growl, I didn't open it so can't comment on the sound at high…
