Bosch WD7RIP Worm Drive Fence Review

Fits my Makita XSR01 7 1/4" Rear Handle Cordless Saw. This is a pretty strong fence and is cheaper than a Makita fence. It is also necessary to purchase a 6x15 thumbscrew to attach the fence to this saw as the screw that came with this fence will not fit the Makita saw. The second one I bought for my Mag 77 Fits and works well with caveats. It came out pretty edgy, but it won't last long. You just have to get used to using it once it's tweaked a bit. Might still work, you just need to know how to hold and press it now. The connection between the fence and the railing seems a little better than the first one I had. In fact, it fell apart, which ended. For only $10, it's not bad and can be very useful.

I read the Revain reviews and one reviewer said this guide stop fits my Makita XSR01 7-1/4 inch saw. Nice, durable metal, has to be durable. I was not happy with the price and quality of the guides for my DeWalt 7-1/4 portable saw. I asked buyers for Bosch specs, measured my saw and knew it would be close! Well it was too close. The fence was too thick, maybe 0.005. No surprise, no problem.
