Good sound. . Slightly more difficult to use than the old system. The remote control must always be accessible as there are no controls on the machine.

I don't like this product. I've had it for less than a year and it stopped reading my CDs. Sounds like it's going to beat her up. Don't waste your money. For me this was a HUGE purchase and I am very disappointed.

Outstanding sound! However, the device stopped playing CDs 31 days after arrival. I got lucky and the seller agreed to accept the return and I received a full refund. Bravo to the seller and a deep bow to Bose.

I was thrilled with my Bose Wave for seven months. Then yesterday I noticed that it became quiet and the display went black. Then the display blinked once, twice, went black again, and stayed black. Unplugging the device to restart it and then plugging it into other known good outlets in my house didn't bring it back from the dead. I hope Bose support will fix this.

I've wanted to buy a Bose product for a long time and finally got it. The wait was worth it; Very well made and easy to use with the included remote control. And sound! I am 76 years old and my hearing has deteriorated somewhat over the years. But listening to music (so far jazz, classic rock and classical) came alive for me. I couldn't be happier and would recommend Bose in a heartbeat.

Just thought I'd point out that the customer service was terrible when I originally bought a few items directly from BOSE and decided to return them. In total, it took more than an hour over the course of three weeks to organize the return and send out the returns invoice. Understandably this is an outsourced operation so the language barrier added to the frustration. Great device, well made, easy to use, great sound, but buy it through Revain, not directly from the manufacturer.

Fantastic sound. The mechanics of the system are inferior to previous models. I have had a Bose music system for many (20) years - previous models had a hinged cover that makes it easy to remove or adjust a drive that is not working properly. On a new system, you insert a disc and you can't get to the area where the disc is. This new device rejects all non-standard discs. So if the disc is a bit thick, it won't play. We have used Bose radios for years to play a soothing CD as an alarm clock. This is the third Bose radio we have (the first one died and Bose won't fix it because it's "too old"). With the new unit, we noticed that there was a sharp beep at the end of CD playback. That wasn't the case with the first two Bose devices, and we don't want an alarm to sound either.
