Very easy to assemble and easy and comfortable to sit in but I'm glad it's tucked away behind a chair in my office because it's not the most aesthetically pleasing. In fact, the top of the chair is pretty uneven - the seams are right on the edge on one side and about half an inch below the edge on the other side.

This was my third caster stool in six months. Others had wheels stuck in a plastic base or hub, and although rolling on thin industrial carpet, eventually broke the base or hub. This stool is very comfortable with a thickly padded seat and the wheels fit into the metal base. Absolutely no issues with this stool and I would buy another if I ever needed one.

Used in the home workshop where tables are normal table height and not workbench height. The wheels are wide enough to lean against without tipping over. Drives very quietly. The height adjustment works well, the seat pad is very thick. Unpacking and assembly took about 2 minutes. No screws, just insert the wheels, put the base, insert the hydraulic rod, put the cushion on it. Sit on it and it brings everything together. I may have just been unlucky to get a lemon but my stool (no back) arrived with a scratched and corroded chrome base. Set up was very easy and didn't take long. Unfortunately, I didn't manage to get the B-pillar to sit at right angles to the base. It looked like an up and down movement as I moved my chair in a full circle. The seat is comfortable I must add.
