I've been looking for a large laptop holdall and this seems to fit the bill. The bag is a variation on the standard laptop bag we've all seen since laptops existed, except it can grow up to 9 inches wide. It seems to have enough space for my laptop, papers, pens, jacket, water bottle etc. and at the same time I can take it on the plane. I was thinking of a large backpack but I prefer a shoulder bag. I bought this bag thinking it was a reliable product. I've been wearing this bag for about 3-4 weeks. Tonight, when I got out of the truck, I grabbed my bag, slung my seat belt over my shoulder, and left. Suddenly the strap broke and the bag landed on the concrete. 8 month follow-up. still in great shape and still standing up when I put it on the floor! This is a really good bag. I used to buy Kenneth Cole leather briefcases for $80 and this one is more practical. It expands and has tons of space and compartments. A month later, the velcro on one of the handles came loose, but that's not a problem. The texture of the fabric is really nice and doesn't fall off when you put it on the floor, which is really nice. It's very professional for a $30 bag.
