We buckled all the straps and tightened them decently, but the back strap ripped at the seam. The cover was completely ripped off my car and swept under the car. The lid itself looks "decent" despite being very thin. The LINKS holding it in place rotted and failed in less than a year. Purchased January 2021. This review is dated 2nd August 2021. There is no way to replace or repair the zip ties making the case virtually UNUSABLE after only 6 months of use. TO UPDATE! Pros: The size is good for model 3. Cons: The straps are not threaded well through the buckets. All three straps are not threaded correctly. In other words, it is difficult to tighten but easy to loosen. A few days after the start of use, we experienced strong winds. I bought this car cover a few months ago and so far so good. It fits my Model 3 perfectly, and the zippered access to the charging port (with extra material to cover when the valve is open) is extremely convenient. The material seems durable. Inside is a cotton fiber lining so it won't scratch unless dirt gets inside. The clips are enough to keep the lid from lifting in the wind. Although the material of the strap can collect dirt quite easily. The overall size is a bit off. When the front vent lines up with the battery vent, the rear is shorted by about 4 inches.
