The distance between the holes does not match the distance between the holes in the long angles attached to the panel and the mounting surface (roof). I have 4 of these that I have installed on the floor and they are holding up well but due to the construction of the set they were very difficult to manage during the installation process. To get clearance I had to screw the brackets to my panels, I had to attach them to the panels first before attaching them to the floor.
