You can use this as both an eyeshadow or as an eyeliner. Either way, this stuff doesn't budge once it's on. That means you have to apply it quickly if you're using it as a shadow. There's such a small window of opportunity to smudge it before it dries.And once it dries you can run your finger across it and there isn't any flaking or color transfer.This particular color is reminiscent of the oil slick nail polishes.

I found this eyeshadow to be of good quality.It has a reddish to dark shimmery shade depending on the angle you look at it.It is creamy and it applies easily around the eyes.I love it

I really liked this when I first put it on, but as I blended it out it kind of lost the multichrome effect. I think that was because I put in on my bare eyelid, I have the feeling with the correct primer this would stay as gorgeous after blending as it was when I first put it on. I have to get a primer meant for this so I can give it another try.

I chose Nebula (purple) since I have green eyes, to make them pop. I love the changing color depending on which angle you look at my eyes and the Nebula shade is great. However, if you somehow get wet or sweaty (maybe in hot weather) this gel runs terribly, pretty much takes it all off if the least bit of water touches it.

This would’ve been a great product if I had received one that was new. I don’t know how long this has been on the shelf or who used it before it got to me, but I’m pretty annoyed at the state in which I received this item. I even tried to use it because I was just gonna bite the bullet and keep it but it’s dry and hard?
