You can use this as both an eyeshadow or as an eyeliner. Either way, this stuff doesn't budge once it's on. That means you have to apply it quickly if you're using it as a shadow. There's such a small window of opportunity to smudge it before it dries.And once it dries you can run your finger across it and there isn't any flaking or color transfer.This particular color is reminiscent of the oil slick nail polishes.
