No option or setting to calibrate the scale so it is not stable. I can weigh the same item 10 times and each time it will be different. I like everything else about this scale except the calibration issue. If you want a scale that hits the tenths exactly every time, look elsewhere.

I have nothing but good things to say about this scale! I've seen a lot of comments about it not having a backlight, but there are two and this one is backlit. As long as you zero the scale after putting the bowl on, it really is accurate. I use this to help with my keto meal plan. Love it, just make sure you choose the right scale when you order.

I bought this scale in September and loved it at first, but after less than 2 months I'm frustrated because I had to change the batteries twice! I don't even use this scale every day. I want to permanently turn off the backlight as it obviously uses too much power. I would return it and get a different model but the return window has closed.

This scale is very easy to use. I love that it has a small bowl/tray to hold the items to be weighed. I also love that you can press the tare/power button with your own empty bowl on the scale to weigh large quantities. This worked great when I canned. I was able to weigh the tomatoes and plums which made following the recipes a lot easier. It is quite small and does not take up much closet space when stored.

., which weighs consistently to 50.1, which of course isn't far, but it's not accurate, and you can't even calibrate the scale. (Unless someone can tell me otherwise) great easy to use scale, just wish you could calibrate it as accurate measurements are what I'm looking for.

I feed my dogs raw food and need to weigh it. I also have a parrot that needs to be weighed every now and then for health reasons.
