Wrong item sent

I ordered Boye I Taught Myself to Knit, no DVD. I learned how to stick a needle. It costs almost as much to return as the product, so trying to get the right product is a waste of money. Not at all satisfied. Also, this was supposed to be a Christmas present, now I have to try to find something else and I live 100 miles from any major city.
