The design is so cool, the aesthetic is fantastic and it looked great with my white and gold office set - but it's so light it takes two hands to get the piece of tape. You literally have to hold the whole thing to rip off a piece of tape and the teeth for cutting the tape weren't that sharp so it was a little tricky. I returned it and got a heavier Scotch Gold dispenser that I can actually use with one hand. Unfortunately, because I like the look, but the overall design is missing.
