🔪 Enhance Your Johnny Apple Peeler with VKP Brands Replacement Coring and Slicing Blade Review

All I had to do was replace the peeler/slicer so my apple peeler is as good as new. It saved me money replacing a small part instead of buying a new Apple cleaner.

The Victorio slicer/corer fits nicely on my old apple peeler to chop and core apples, although the original didn't. The update is impressive.

This blade is too short to accommodate the three prongs that hold the apple. The teeth do not center in the round hole of the blade. For the first time, it caught through one of the teeth in the core, deforming the thing.

I love the Norpro vegetable peeler, the best of several brands I've tried. Note, however, that the blade pictured here is a style for an earlier version that I own. The blade I received is for a newer model that has two ribs to hold it in place instead of one. It may still work, but you'll either have to buy a new metal plate from Norpro to hold it properly, or attach it with another washer or screw that fits between the ribs.
