but I like it! It's Small

This is my first calligraphy pen so take what I say with caution but I love it! It's small and snags fairly easily on uneven paper surfaces when swiping up, but overall I'm very happy with it. Useful for studying, I like the flexibility of the pen.

Pros
  • Arts and Crafts Supplies
Cons
  • Weak Set

Thin and thick lines possible!

Superb tip. It's true that you've heard of this tip, but it takes some practice to get the hang of it. It makes tiny thin lines as well as heavy thick lines depending on the pressure you use. Once I can perfect the print, this will become my favorite pen!

Pros
  • Shower B66
Cons
  • boring packaging

Very thin tip.

As a beginner in calligraphy, these nibs are very easy to use. Before that I bought a Speedball calligraphy pen and am very glad I switched to it. does not stick to paper. You don't even have to fire/grind the tip before using it; I just dived in and started writing!

Pros
  • Single Pen with a very fine tip
Cons
  • Vanishing Pen

My FAVORITE tip

I just LOVE this tip, it's my favorite! I only gave it 4 stars because it's too expensive, $6.80. I bought it because of the need for expedited shipping, but you can get it on paper and ink for less than $2. I've tried about 5 different nibs and this one is by far my favorite, it's flexible enough to write with nice thick and thin nibs but not too flexible to make the ink too heavy. I'm at an intermediate level so maybe if I practiced more with other more flexible nibs. But I have to say that…

Pros
  • Favorite for pointed tips
Cons
