No doubt the 2006 Eddie Boyer Explorer works great after the replacement. Easy to replace, big performance upgrade, great price and great customer service when needed.

I just changed the engine on my 2005 f150 5.4 and the only thing I saved on was the ignition coils and I've had misfiring for less than 2000 miles of cylinder firing. 6. I replaced them with these and have had no problems since.

Dispatched quickly from dealer. Installation requires 7mm sockets (deep and standard) and a screwdriver. The truck runs on all eight cylinders. My 2006 Ford F150 was sorely lacking. Driven about 150,000 km, the coils were never changed. I changed the spark plugs at the same time as the latest Motorcraft spark plugs (do a little research, these engines and spark plugs have problems). I was a bit skeptical about the cost but they arrived in a couple of days in very nice packaging. Installed them and fixed the misfires under hard acceleration. Actually smoothed out the idle and slightly increased consumption. At the time of this review they have lasted 3 months and about 4000 miles! The red looks really good under the hood of my red F150 (5.4L).

THESE COILS ARE AMAZING! I was a little worried because OEM COILS ARE EXPENSIVE. I tried these 5! Stars, my truck jumped around 45-60 mph and sometimes it would only fire at idle but there were no codes so I figured I should replace all the coils that were installed it was a simple screw and now my truck runs BETTER than new , thanks! I've had them on my truck for about 400 miles so far BIG!

My kick stops once it hits 55-60 mph. I was previously told it was a transgender issue so I set up transgender but didn't resolve the issue. Finally, I saw a video on YouTube that suggested replacing the coils. I did a little research: coils are around $250 at my local auto parts store. I looked at the reviews on this product and decided to pull the trigger, best decision ever, my truck runs like new again.

They are far superior to others I have ordered without naming them. In fact, they are so good that they broke a few other things because they were taxing my other components so much. And I mean my injectors. As soon as I put them in, they yelled that there was not enough gas and that I had to replace one of my injectors immediately. Of course it was bad, I just didn't know it because my other coils didn't give enough power. They are by far the best in the range and definitely worth the money…
