I was a bit skeptical when I first ordered the hair but I love it! Ordered on Friday, delivered on Sunday. The hair is odorless. When I first opened the package they weren't that curly, but I spritzed water on them and those curls came alive! My closure wasn't as complete as it should have been but I contacted the company and they sent me another one with no questions asked! Excellent customer service! I love Unice hair. The extensions were good enough but the CLOSE that came with the wig is TERRIBLE! Unfortunately I bought it to make a large wig, never got around to it. After finally making the wig I noticed that there were so many empty spots in the cap and it shed terribly. I can't wear my wig because it's so bad. I need to find a better lock and work with the splints. My other Unice clasp was great, but it's just rubbish.

I just received this hair in the mail. The packs are the right length, no weird smell, all the packs are soft, won't fall off when I run my finger over each pack. I ordered this hair at 18 20 22 with a 16 inch closure. Although the curl pattern changed over time, the hair remained soft and easy to care for. I just sprayed with water and brushed my hair with a Danish brush to keep it from tangling. I have minimal hair loss despite bad reviews. I installed this hair for about a month and am planning to use it again for another install.
