Rubber on whisk falls off in food

I like the blender but the rubber on the beaters is falling off. It is dangerous when plastic parts in food fall off. I have contacted the company and they are unable to send me new clubs. My HAMILTON blender cost $20 and lasted 18 years with no problems. This is an expensive blender! I wouldn't spend money on a Breville blender.

Pros
  • QUIET SCRAPER FAN: Won't snag or rattle in your kitchen. The rubber whisk ensures maximum contact with the bowl and minimizes noise, allowing you to mix all ingredients for a more thorough mix.
Cons
  • Availability for exchange

Can't take it! Fits blender

I bought this blender on the 12th/18th. I'm not a very active user, except for 6-8 batches of cookies on holidays, so a hand mixer has always sufficed for my needs. Decided to "upgrade" to Breville even though there was some extra money. First, the silicone coating on the racquets has peeled off. New clubs were delivered under warranty. After two months the whole blender stopped beating - slightly out of warranty but after a very short period of use. Communication with the company was so…

Pros
  • MATERIALS OF CONSTRUCTION: Plastic outer body with chrome inserts

Breville offers value for money

I have nothing but good things to say about this blender! If I had to pick a favorite feature, I think it would be her silence. I also like that it has a light to illuminate the mixing bowl, makes it easy to store all the attachments, has a swivel cord, is easy to set up, releases the attachments with the push of a button, and has multiple speed settings with pause. and explosion options. I also like the "Count" feature that tells me how long I've been mixing something. The amount of baking I…

Pros
  • 9 SPEED SETTINGS: 9 speeds plus acceleration to provide precise speed for your mixed load.
Cons
  • Slightly dented

Great to use (but the rubber on the whisk wears out)

UPDATE: I downgraded it to 1 star because I contacted the seller and Breville to just replace the broken part. Both didn't help. It was expensive but the rubber started to wear out shortly after use (1 month). Shame on you, Breville! Great to use but the rubber on one of the beaters is wearing down to metal, I also had to trim loose bits of the black rubber because I didn't want it to come loose and mix with my cake batter. I find it worth spending a little more for quality products, I wish the

But nice mixer. on Hand Mixer

I have a stand mixer but I don't want to get it for small jobs. Bought this blender based on the reviews. So far I like it very much. As a left-hander, I like being able to adjust the cable. Coated racquets are good. This makes it very quiet when mixing and makes it easier to work with my stainless steel bowls. It's easy to increase and decrease the speed, and the built-in timer is handy. The release of the hammer is very convenient for articulated fingers. My only downside is that it's heavier

Pros
  • COMPACT STORAGE: The removable storage compartment holds all accessories and cords, so you can enjoy this mixer even when it is switched off.
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

Better than a kitchen gadget and lasts longer

this thing has everything it has a backlight which I thought what a difference but it turned out to be gives my favorite things now. how did i get along without it? It has a pause function that instantly returns you to the previous speed. One of the biggest things that bothered me about Kitchenaid hand mixers is that they shut off and you have to cycle through all the speeds again! To get you where you've been it's got a timer to tell you how long you've been mixing and solid dough hooks that…

Double whisk! on blender

I already love this blender. I made the meringue faster with double whisks than the many minutes I spent with my old blender. It's easy to use, just move the wheel forward to increase speed. I also like the pause button so I can add more sugar to my egg whites and then just hit the pause button again to start at the speed I was at. I was afraid the blender would be heavy, but I didn't realize it. I'm heavy and I'm 61 years old and I have some weakness in my arms. I was also concerned about…

Very powerful hand mixer

Probably the best hand mixer in terms of design and performance. Although it has a plastic body, it's a bit heavier than most hand mixers, but that gives it a very solid build. The beaters are very thick and strong, as are the dough hooks. Whisks are good too. The controls are intuitive and easy to use. I took it out of the box and used it with no problems without even reading the instructions. If you don't use the pause function, it always starts at a very low setting to avoid splashing. And…
