Not Breville Pizza Making Stone

This stone is only for Breville Smart Oven, not Breville Pizza Making, but I still gave it 5 stars because it's Breville. Unfortunately I have to send it back or keep it for my Smart Oven.

Pizza stone in the kitchen and dining room

The stone is good. Warms up nicely. But it looks like the bottom of the pizza isn't as crispy as I thought it would be. And it turns brown because the rind is burnt, and it's hard to peel. But maybe you don't have to be clean to cook. In general. VOD point by price

Pros
  • There's something to it
Cons
  • Minor problems

Use with a metal pan with holes. So .

with a metal tray with holes. So you can put this stone in the oven and preheat it. Then use the perforated metal pan to bake the pizza and place it on this stone. The result is a restaurant quality brick oven!

Pros
  • I hold my fists
Cons
  • Hard to say

Difficult to clean and everything sticks to it

I bought it because there was no oven which I love. This pizza stone cannot be cleaned and everything sticks to it. I love making homemade pizza and Eve just resorted to cooking it in a pan because scraping the crust off the stone isn't my thing.

  • Comfortable
Cons
  • Mostly good but...

There is a Wettstein for pizza!

I love this pizza stone! It's the best there is. I broke my original when the rust fell off. I'm a windstorm so I tried another brand and it was awful! I had to go back to my Breville and I'm happy with it! It works in the oven and on the outdoor grill! We make pizzeria style pizza on our Breville stone and it turns out great every time!

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Quick start guide

Great accessory for pizza trays and stones

My old pizza stone won't fit in my new Breville oven. Too large. This works great and allows me to get the most out of a small oven without having to resort to a large one when I want good bread or pizza. I've used all sorts of specialty pans for pizza etc and other than baking in a wood fired brick oven, that's fine. And I don't have to heat the house because I sing a smaller, more efficient convection oven. .

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • unreliable

Difficult to use pizza trays and stones

good quality stone but difficult to use. You have to put the raw pizza on the hot stone, which is difficult in such a small oven. The shape of the pizza will be distorted during the transfer process and sometimes go beyond the stone. Another problem is that the stone is not sufficiently heated in the Breville kiln, which has a maximum temperature of 450 degrees. I've had better results with the crispier BOV800PC13 pan, which is much easier to use. As some reviews suggest, you can put a crispier

It's a pizza stone - you have to know how to use it :)

I have a bread maker https://smile.amazon.com/KBS-Automatic-Dispenser-Programmable-Stainless/dp/ B07BYXHYLY and a recipe book. I bake a batch of pizzas almost every week and the recipe gives me 3 12 inch thin pizzas. I use a Breville toaster for my pizza, on pizza settings and on the recommended setting. I used a layer of parchment paper to line the raw pizza on the stone - this makes it easy for the pizza to slide into the hot oven and covers the stone. My stone has some unclean burnt cheese…

Suitable for baking bread and pizza

This pizza stone was purchased with the Breville Smart Oven. It heats up much faster than the Emile pizza stone (an excellent product for a large oven). The easiest way to use this stone is to work with a parchment paper cake server. Parchment Paper: http://www.amazon.com/gp /product/B0000VLJ8G You can also buy a quarter sheet. Bread, Cake & Pizza Server: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000237LPC Prepare the pizza stone for 15 minutes. Place the parchment paper on the cake server. and…
