Bought for my niece's new home. Great looking lighting. There were no bulbs in the kit so I bought Edison LED bulbs for them and they look great. She received many compliments.

After hanging the light we found it wasn't level and couldn't figure out why. That's when we noticed that the frame was bent. I can't return it because then we don't have a light... also it wasn't that easy to install. Very disappointed.

The first part was broken in several places and there were loose screws around the box. We sent it back and got a replacement today. The same is broken in several places, both metal and wood. We will ship it again and order a completely different one.

The chandelier looks like the photo, as far as I can see it was neatly packaged. However, when I opened the box without removing the item from the box or plastic bag, I noticed a fairly large piece of missing wood. The top of the frame, or rather the part into which the upper metal support that held the wooden frame was screwed, had completely chipped off. I was very pleased with this item as it was a good price for what I thought was a good product. It took a little longer to receive the product than most simple orders, but it wasn't long enough to choose another product.
