The chandelier looks like the photo, as far as I can see it was neatly packaged. However, when I opened the box without removing the item from the box or plastic bag, I noticed a fairly large piece of missing wood. The top of the frame, or rather the part into which the upper metal support that held the wooden frame was screwed, had completely chipped off. As you can see from the photos, parts of it have been chipped and chipped. It didn't need to be taken out of the box as well, as the metal frame couldn't be bolted to the wooden frame, making the whole thing virtually unusable. I was looking forward to it, but unfortunately I will be returning the item.
