The software is easy enough for my staff of 8 or so people (all new hires) that need training, but also has all necessary features without being too complicated/fancy at first glance! I like that it is able to sync with our POS system, allowing us to see what products are in stock at each store location. It also provides an easy way for customers to order from their smartphone or tablet. The customer service can be somewhat slow but we have been working with them directly and they seem very responsive now. We still need to train employees on how to set up reports using this software.
