Helped speed up the growth of my calcareous algae

My aquarium was growing calcareous algae but it seemed to take forever for it to really start growing so a friend suggested I try Brightwell Borochrom to help them help. to use, and while the instructions can be a bit tricky to decipher, I'm on a dose to be on the safe side. I didn't notice much of a difference at first, but after about a month I was seeing some decent results. I also noticed that my red corals were really starting to turn red. For the price it's a worthwhile buy for me. I will

My first work with coralline algae

I have been maintaining marine aquariums for 40 years and after starting a new aquarium I decided to do invertebrates and coralline algae. One reason was the reduction in green algae cleaning. I bought a packet of live Corralline seaweed and added this boron supplement more or less as directed. I set the temperature to >78 and the pH to 8. Then I added the seaweed and let it settle. I started adding borate and other coralline algae activators as instructed. I haven't figured out how to look…
