The best thing about bristlecones as an organization was that they understood our business needs very well! They were able to implement different solutions in line with those requirements quickly without much delay or effort from us at all (we're not tech experts!). I like that it allows you to track your shipments very easily. It's also easy to check on your customers shipping information as well which I love! As with any software there are things we dislike about it. We've had issues with our account being closed before even reaching their support team. When this happens they don't give us an explanation or solution other than "it was not found in violation of our T&C". We use it to track our inventory of products that are in transit from point A (purchaser) - B(Bristol). It's very easy/simple interface allows you get your job done quickly & effectively without having too many technical problems like crashing or being slow loading times! There were few minor issues but nothing big enough as we have seen with other software so far.
