Excellent Product With Great Customer Service

I like the fact that the customer support is on point and very responsive. I dislike that the app is only available for iOS devices. I would like to be able to access the app on my desktop, as well. I am solving a problem of being able to see my traffic load in real time and adjust my server's services to meet my needs. I am able to do this with Brocade Virtual Traffic Manager. Very useful tool when troubleshooting and managing various types (physical & vm) hardware

The ability for multiple VMs or physical servers with different needs can be configured at one time allowing us to manage them all from just one console! Can also set up custom rules that have been tested by other users so it's easy to implement new features without having too many questions about if they will work as expected, etc. I am not able to utilize this feature myself since we use VMware products but others are very happy using vSphere virtual machines within our environment because of

The ease of creating and managing the policies. The ability to create multiple paths and policies. It's easy to use and simple to setup and manage. There is nothing I dislike about it.   • User friendly GUI, including reports & maps/graphs that are customizable as well if you do want them customized with your own colors or logos etc

Great tool if used by experienced IT staff

The GUI is easy to understand, and even when troubleshooting, it is very simple to get the right information. We have only been using this product for about 3 months, but we are already seeing great results. There really isn't much that I dislike so far. It has everything we need and we love how easy it is to use. If you can find someone who knows what they're doing, they can set up this program quickly. This software was not designed with novice users in mind, so make sure you know your stuff
