Our dog is a terrier mix, single-coated, and her hair was matting around her flat collar. Our groomer suggested a rolled collar to help prevent it. This one works perfectly, as she hasn't matted at all around the collar since we strapped it. Good size, sturdy, and she seems comfortable in it.

I bought the BRONZEDOG Rolled Leather Dog Collar Round Rope 12-14" Pet Collar in rose at regular price with no promotional consideration.This is for my 14 lb. Xolo mix puppy who has a very thin, baby hair-like, semi-long coat with no undercoat.She has been wearing this 4 months; it seems comfortable, and it is holding up well. Xolos are like whippets, with a long, thin head. All collars can slip right off, so this collar is for tags, not for a leash.The color was pretty close to what my monitor

Fits well and hopefully will control the long hair matting issue. Only problem is the small leather piece that "floats" to hold the end of the strap that goes through the buckle. It's not attached to the collar so it is already gone. Making the leather strap flop its annoying. Probably won't continue using it due to this issue.

I have a German Shepherd service dog. He wears a harness which identifies him as my service dog when we are outside of our home. He still needs a collar on at all times with his ID tag, microchip tag, and rabies vaccination tag. I love the rolled leather collar because it holds up so well, and it does not flatten my boys thick coat. It’s virtually unseen other than the tags on it!👍🏼😁💖

Great value for a leather collar. I do think it’s much more comfortable than a thick one. Haven’t had it very long, so durability remains to be seen. I would like if the loop thing to secure the excess length after putting it on was attached. Other than that, I’d buy again. Oh, Rose color is pretty and a nice change from BRIGHT pink.

I have a Chinese Crested and was looking for a comfortable Collar for her, something that would not rub and this Collar is perfect and buttery soft!I will be buying more Colors.

This collar looks great and more expensive than it is. It’s not a break-away collar, so keep that in mind if your pet is alone outside where there are fences.

Has held up well for about 6 months so far. No thread coming loose. The only thing I would say is that the little leather loop to hold the excess is loose and would constantly fall off and slide around.

My puppy has only been wearing it a few days but it seems to be really nice. The rose color looks great on an all black pomeranian!

It still gave my Maltese a tad a couple tiny matting places, but overall it's better than any other collar I've tried. Thanks for attention.

Having a large dog usually equates to a wide collar. Love how the rolled collar is smaller in width resulting in less rubbing and irritation around neck but still equally strong. Being as Charlie is big and a female I love how the rose collar not only is feminine but looks nice. The only down side is the leather loop that is supposed to keep the end tucked close to collar. Unfortunately it’s free floating so does stay in place so pretty much useless. A stationary loop would be more affective

When I first got it I wasn’t sure it was going to work for my teacup Pomeranian. He has triple coat so all the collars come out of his neck. I usually buy harness for him. His groomer recommended a rolled leather collar because the other ones are damaging his hair (matt) and I didn’t like that. I kind of see the difference now. His fur it’s looking better and it’s easy to out. He haven’t manage to get loose so I’m happy so far. If I see that my review changes I’ll write back.

I got this for my doodle breed. He always matted so bad around his collar. I had a flat leather collar but my groomer told me rolled and I purchased this one. That was 2 years ago! He hardly mats around the neck anymore and when he does, it’s not terrible. I saw other reviews saying the ring to keep the extra collar length down was not good. Love these collars! I foster dogs and they almost always arrive without a collar. This is the collar I buy for each of them and it goes with them when they are adopted. The dogs seem to accept these collars without any trouble. They fit well and don't have anything on them to cause discomfort (I always leave enough room for 2 of my fingers to fit between the collar and the dogs neck).

These Circle collars don't cause knots in my Standard Poodles hair like flat collars do. It is the same for curly haired Doodles.

I have ordered two of these collars. They are small look good and leather material looks good. HOWEVER ** the first leash broke after a month or so. the metal you hook the leash on broke. Of course you are out walking dog when this happens, scary and dangerous.I thought for the price, very reasonable, I will try again. The second collar did the same thing! I like the look and color and even leather material. it’s the metal (most important part, I now believe) that is low quality and will break.

I couldn't find a rolled collar for my long hair Shih Tzu in local stores. This collar fits my dog perfectly and doesn't tangle or mat her hair around the neck like flat collars are prone to do. And the color options are great! I'm very happy with my purchase!

Our groomer suggested we get a round collar for matting around our dog's neck. He's a furry beast and matting is an issue with collars. We like the collar a lot but the clasp that's supposed to hold the extra collar length when the collar is on, is flimsy and move down the collar or falls off when we take his collar off. It doesn't secure the extra length. For matting, doesn't really work. It's just as bad as a flat collar.

This collar came today and I am very happy with the quality and fit. The leather is very soft, stitching is secure and clasp/ring are secure. I also love the additional leather loop to hold extra length to collar. I appreciate the care given where the leather loops back through the clasp to the inside, so the part that touches the throat is also smooth and soft. The rose color is beautiful! I have horses and lots of leather tack and am used to good quality leather. This collar is "ok", but I would not say very good quality leather. I would not have purchased it if I saw it in person.
