Brooks Mens Ghost Biking Black Sports & Fitness and Running Review

When I tried this shoe for running, it was a major letdown. Despite being marketed for sports and fitness, it provided poor support and felt uncomfortable after just a short distance. The only pro was the sleek design. The sole felt too thin and my feet felt sore afterwards. Definitely not worth the price.

great design/comfort and perfect fit. I have had a Ghost 10/11 before and they are at least the same if not more comfortable.

My son has a wide foot with a high instep and high instep. He usually has a tendency to twist his ankle (supination). These shoes give him a lot of support and prevent him from rolling over on the outside of his foot. He is very happy with the fit and feel.
