Fill in liquid soap and the soap will disappear in a few seconds. You can play around with the dial to slow down the soap output, but there's no way to change that to fix the problem, just poor design.

It was a waste of money. The brush does not rotate half the time. When rotated, the white brush head failed to remove brake dust, which I was able to remove by simply rubbing it with my finger. You can get Lowe's nozzle for less than this thing.

Another great product from Brush Hero. This makes it easy to mix soap and remove dirt from your bike or car. No more fumbling with mixing buckets of soap and getting the wrong mix. It's absolutely perfect.

After getting the hero brush I decided to try the soap window and it is a great addition. It can be connected as a whole or used separately. The soap dispenser really helps to lather up the car and then just rinse it off with a twist.

The new one works great. I was very happy with their customer support in resolving an issue I had with the original version.

Like the Brush Hero, it is easy to use and particularly practical for car washing. I just bought it and am very happy with it so far. It's not just about usability, it's also about being really effective. If you work around the house I would highly recommend this product.

I was very disappointed with this product. The quality of the material is very good, but when you switch the nozzle to SOAP all the water runs through the soap reservoir and flushes the soap away in seconds. It was better to put a supply of soap on it and let it drip slowly into the water jet. In addition, it is very easy to remove the cap when changing settings. The Hero Soap Star is a great cleaning tool. It's very versatile and easy to use for many things. I first used it to clean my picnic table during a 4th of July family picnic. I used the supplied Muck Buster soap sample and sprayed the Soap Star sprayer on the table. The sprayer has six different settings to choose from. Brush Hero Customer support is great and I love my Brush Hero block. However, this soap star is so disappointing that I wouldn't even want customer service to offer a replacement. I used it once with Adams car wash and it was so thick it wouldn't go through the non-removable screen under the lid. I diluted it and shook the cup as I poured so all the car wash settled.
