Brush Hero Customer support is great and I love my Brush Hero block. However, this soap star is so disappointing that I wouldn't even want customer service to offer a replacement. I used it once with Adams car wash and it was so thick it wouldn't go through the non-removable screen under the lid. I diluted it and shook the cup as I poured so all the car wash settled. This obviously caused the cam to move under the cap and prevented the cap from returning without readjustment. I want it to be automatic. Do not mess with the saop dispenser. The switch (lid to the soap cup) should toggle from OPEN (to fill) to water or soap. The thing always runs soapy, no matter what setting I choose. It then weathers through the car wash shampoo so quickly that it just spends a ton of money washing the car every time the water flows. The final straw was that on use (first time mind you) the filler cap flies off and does so every time water pressure hits the cup. I am so disgusted that I have already asked to return Revane. Again, Brush Hero made a GREAT brush, but a far cry from the performance I saw in their first product. Hopefully this will keep someone from buying and being disappointed.
