Item arrived with broken shoe. Since returning it would require finding a label printer and going to a UPS location, it's not even worth my time. Save money and time - avoid this product.

Came broken, so durability is low. We were able to super glue it and it works as expected with only visible cracks which is not a big deal as we only use it for our family. Ultimately, with a new one, we'd probably choose a different brand or find a more durable one.

Works great! The wedge is nice and heavy, rolls easily and does its job well. I noticed that there was a small invisible plastic ridge on the ramp where the card comes out. A few seconds with a sharp knife (a file will do) smoothed it out and the cards now slide nicely.

These are NOT professional shoes. It's fine for everyday use, but since the wedge is too light and the reel doesn't follow the cards well, I don't recommend it. I often have to lift the back end to lower the roller and press the cards against it. If you want to use it frequently, pay money for real professional shoes.

I bought this shoe to practice listening to baccarat at work. These are good shoes but the weight of the slide wedges is too light compared to those used at work. This is important as the heavier wedge will slide down and put real pressure on the remaining cards as they are drawn. Since the supplied wedge is too light, additional cards sometimes slip out unintentionally.

I used this to play blackjack with my family and also to understand how it works at a real blackjack table. You can get a deck or a half via 6 1/2 or 7) I'll change the review if it fails. The reason it has 3 stars is because sometimes it doesn't want to slide forward when you take out cards, but I have mild seizures when you move the slider towards you very slowly to help it. This works for what I need it for.

How do I insert the roller without damaging the plastic? We buy a replacement shoe which only lasted a few months before the front came off but it's a cheap shoe so we weren't too upset about it. However, I can't figure out how to reattach the roll that comes separate from the shoe. It looks like a toilet paper roll, but it's made of strong metal and too long for his body. The shoes are unusable until I sort this out.

Just received them yesterday. The waste tray is made of very thick acrylic. I don't see any damage even if it falls down. I would still avoid it lol. It also has holes for attaching it to a table. It might be a good idea but I just press it against the rail and it works fine. The shoes also arrived in good condition. I had to adjust the black rubber bands that wrap around the cylindrical metal weight. To do this, I clamped the rubber band, lifted it, shifted it and put it down. I kept doing…
