I have purchased these solar lites on 3 separate occasions. Even on the low setting they put out good light. I have been using them to light some of the wind spinners we have in out yard. On low setting they will go all night. Ten plus hours. They are exposed to direct sun light for approximately 5 hours a day. I like the fact that you can place the solar panel away from the light. Picked this up to have a compact sunscreen to carry with me at all times. Because I love and have trusted the Hempz brand for years, it was a no brainer when I saw this! Just be prepared to reapply this a little more frequently than your "normal" sunscreen.
