Perfect keyboard for iPad Pro

This is my first iPad keyboard. I bought it for my iPad Pro 10.5 thanks to the photos and rave reviews and am happy to report that this keyboard did not disappoint. The product arrived on time and in very good packaging. I was immediately impressed with the quality of the keyboard's fit and finish. It has the look, feel and quality of an Apple keyboard (intended as a compliment) - this keyboard simply belongs with the iPad Pro. In fact, it's very similar to my MacBook Air's keyboard, onlyโ€ฆ

Great keyboard and great customer service

Update March 11th: Got a new grip and replaced the broken one. Now everything is in order! Update 3/7: Brydge contacted us and offered to send replacement grips. Upgrade to 4 stars. Original post 3/6: First, the keyboard is very well made, but one of the rubber pads holding the iPad was damaged on my device (hence the 3 stars). I hope I can just ship a new rubber grip instead of returning the whole block. Will be updated when the issue is resolved. I really like the ability to bring up theโ€ฆ

Instantly familiar, instantly more productive, but not without "catch "

The quality here is something unreal. Suddenly, my iPad Pro looked like a MacBook, but not quite. I liked the origami-style Apple Smart Keyboard, but the Brydge's key travel and backlighting are too compelling to pass up. Yes, Brydge adds significant overall weight. And it's unfortunate that swiping up to the dock has become less accessible, but that's because this design predates the change made in iOS 11. You use a keyboard shortcut to bring up the dock for multitasking and dragging, but itโ€ฆ

Look and feel are the most important features that convinced me to buy it.

How I love the feel and look of the keyboard on my desk. I keep getting asked what device I have. When I explain that it's the same iPad I've had for a while but I've added a keyboard, it's like it's been transformed into something completely different. The biggest benefit I've gained from adding a keyboard is the increased productivity when using my iPad in the field. . I write quite a lot of emails, WORD documents and instant messaging (IM) with colleagues and friends. Multitasking is veryโ€ฆ

Looks good. Serious defects.

The appearance of the device is very nice and like the others it goes very well with the iPad. The inclusion of a toolbar is a welcome bonus over the Apple Smart Keyboard or Apple Magic Keyboard. My triple reasons for poor vision: 1) It takes a long time to wake up, wake up the iPad and unlock the iPad. It usually takes more than 4 keystrokes for the keyboard to work again. I don't think I'm getting impatient, I'll even go so far as to pause between each keypress to see if that helps. Howeverโ€ฆ
