Average quality, not a great product.

The product is good, with the right plan and training regimen, following the right diet, it works very effectively. If you do not follow the diet and regimen, then the release into the wind. But the taste, for an amateur, of course, but IMHO, the taste of vanilla, and even in the isolate is just full G, just kapets. But I was seduced by a discount, for free, and sweet vinegar. With Nesquik, two spoons, and norms.

Go get something! in sports nutrition

I used this 2 years ago before switching to a more natural protein powder and adding more whole foods to my diet. However, after an injury and some weight gain, I decided to go back to it and use it until I got back to my previous weight. I'm glad it tastes as good as ever. It mixes easily with water and has no aftertaste when consumed. One small thing I noticed is that when I first opened it, some of the powder that was in the ridges of the screw cap came out and made a little mess. As far as…

Yummy, easy to mix, good variety

One of my all time favorite proteins - and I've tried many. After trying all three flavors, this vanilla protein is one of the best vanilla flavored protein powders out there. Chocolate is good too (but Optimum Nutrition does a great job with chocolate flavors too). Strawberries are fine if you like the taste of fake strawberry milk. Smooth blend, good taste, balance of protein and calories

Worth the extra cost. The isolate dissolves very easily. Warm water is slightly better than chilled water, but chilled water just needs a little more stirring in a regular paper cup or coffee mug. Shakers, no problem. I mix 3 servings in a large shaker (8 oz each) and use as a supplement between meals.
