Average quality, not a great product.
The product is good, with the right plan and training regimen, following the right diet, it works very effectively. If you do not follow the diet and regimen, then the release into the wind. But the taste, for an amateur, of course, but IMHO, the taste of vanilla, and even in the isolate is just full G, just kapets. But I was seduced by a discount, for free, and sweet vinegar. With Nesquik, two spoons, and norms.
