I love that I can access my records from anywhere, in any device. It is easy to use and navigate through the system. The software runs smoothly and there are no glitches or errors that I have experienced so far. I think it would be helpful if they had more options for adding information to your profile. I like that BSWIFT is very easy to use, it's intuitive! It also has many different options so you can customize your platform depending upon what type(s) of insurance coverage/plan types are in place at any given time (i.e., HMO vs PPO). There isn't anything I dislike about this software - everything seems just fine with me as far as functionality goes. If there was one thing I would change or recommend improving from my experience using their product thus-far, perhaps adding more features…
