I love that I can access my records from anywhere, in any device. It is easy to use and navigate through the system. The software runs smoothly and there are no glitches or errors that I have experienced so far. I think it would be helpful if they had more options for adding information to your profile. I am able to add information such as dates of service, address, etc., but I wish I could also upload photos. This has been helpful because I can easily update my information without having to go back into the office. I am able to access my information from anywhere! This makes it easier to keep up with things when I'm not at the office.
