This is a good bucket swing but some of the product information appears to be inaccurate (at the time of publishing). See the Product Information section for a recommended age range of 6 months to 3 years. The other part of the page shows 2-5 years. When given a swing, he clearly marks the age of 2-5 years. This thing is way too big for our 6 month old who we were hoping to use it with.

Excellent! I don't know if they changed the design or what but this swing does NOT cover like others have said. There is no way to roll. No way. So the design had to be changed. My 2 year old leans forward on purpose to be silly and he doesn't roll over at all. He can't fall out. It's a good size too. Most standard playground swings are about the same size and can be found in any city park you can visit.

Real shame. All my first impressions of this swing are positive. Quality rubber, thick metal, rubberized links at the bottom, and then my 2 year old daughter cut her finger on the metal. After we stopped the bleeding, I went out for the exam. REALLY spicy! I've now taped it around and am planning to try a flexible seal to see if I can find a more reliable way to eliminate this major baby swing hazard. #dangerous

We have an old but sturdy wooden swing set that my kids have pretty much outgrown. We bought this swing for our boys (2 and 1) and gave it to our neighbors. They love it and so do their parents. They said it was better than any swing they could find for their "babies" at any of the nearby parks. High quality. difficult conditions. Very sure. Secure. I wish I had had it 18 years ago!

Excellent swing with solid construction. I placed a 2 foot PVC threaded rod with washers and nuts to cut the chains since I was using a single rope. I used a slingshot with a large nut and string to place the point at 50 feet. Connect the rope and pull it through the rope. This makes for a very long swing arc as well as a nice circle. I wouldn't do any of that for a cheap, poorly made swing, but this one is rated at £250 (you wouldn't fit) and will last for years.

LOVE THIS SWING! This is the same style and quality of children's swings that you will find in a public park. The only difference is that it's higher at the back. So yes, if you want your child to face the other way, you have to detach them and flip the swing. It easily joined our playset for life, no additional hardware required. The bucket seat itself is very large and deep. If the child is older, say 2 years, then this is ideal. My 7 year old fits in and has enough space. But the product claims 6 months or older. My 7 month old wears a size 12m and is quite chunky (just for size reference). He must cross his legs freely like his knees against his chest and rest on the front between the leg holes in the bucket seat to sit. Our one year old daughter loves this swing. She wants to be there. I like that it has a high back, but if it leans forward I have a feeling it might tip over, so we use an old leather strap to buckle it up. I wish it had come with mounts. The company recommends using their own brackets, but when I went to Revain's page or website, their brackets were not available and I had to come up with my own solution. Most swing arms at Revain cost around $15-$20, and there were a limited number of options
