This is a great box for small machine prototyping as well as low volume production. It is well made, durable and has a tight-fitting lid.

The case met my needs. Dimensions are exactly as stated. I was able to drill the required holes for the conduit and cut out a rectangular hole for a small display using a jigsaw with a metal cutting blade.

The box conforms to the description, looks solid and the surface feels smooth if not polished. There are no casting or workmanship defects. It comes with a neoprene pad and screws and they both work. Happy with the product.

As others have pointed out, the side of the lid is larger than the bottom. At 8-3/4" length x 5-47/64" width x 4-7/32" height, that's about 1/4" which offsets the sides slightly by 90 degrees. In any case, it works great with my mini amp and I plan to compensate with rubber feet (I use it on my site).

This case was perfect for my ghost motor and controller. It comes with foam padding that provides a fairly weatherproof case for outdoor use. I look forward to using this product for years to come.

Excellent case, very versatile. The castings are good and clean and aligned just enough for machining. Used aluminum machines, drills and taps are fine. The placed 3D models and drawings do not impress in terms of quality, but are sufficient for component layout planning. I will buy more of these next time I need something.
