Holds lots of seeds, very sturdy, ease of use on the smaller ones isn't so good, had to put on some grip tape to get better hold but still a great one Product.

This is a Rubbermaid style container. It is much easier to put birdseed in a feeder with a spouted container than just trying to put birdseed in a bagged container.

I love these containers. They work great. My 88 year old mother can handle a small container to fill her bird feeder. She used to always have an incomplete bag of bird sperm. Now she keeps everything to herself. The large container is a bit too big for feeding, but she can fill the smaller container from the big one. Works perfectly

Ordered this one because the old one doesn't hold the lid anymore. The old one was at least five years old or more. The small filling hole is about an eighth of an inch too big. I think finding one of the feeders with a chimney will be difficult. Let me know if the seller has one with a slightly smaller spout.

Especially the big one saves so much time refilling feeders but I expect it to last 2+ years. That is why there is so much plastic waste that the world will have to deal with for years to come. The spout and lid break and I have a large jug that cannot be filled into tube feeds. I think I need to look for metal.

This set is ideal for bird seeds. I use the smaller one to hold a bag of Niger (thistle) seeds. It pours from the spout straight into the feeder. Very little clutter. I use the larger one to store sunflower or safflower seeds. Very durable. My only recommendation: don't touch them by the lids. They are very easy to remove for refilling. Be sure to hold it by the handles.

I used the More Birds 100 Super Carrier to store bird seed. It worked fine; its long spout made filling tube feedings easier. My only issue with this is that it holds 5 pounds of seeds and the brand I like comes in at least 6 pound bags. So in a small apartment there were always seeds that could be stored elsewhere.
