Excellent and easy management for internal server monitoring

We can monitor our servers through this software, it's very powerful! It has many options to configure your needs as well you have support when needed so no problem at all with that too!. The configuration of some things could be improved but not an obstacle because they are working hard in improving their product every day by adding new features like we do here using bug fenders helpdesk ticket system!! This tool really saves us time having access from everywhere without problems about…

  • I think there should always more better updates coming out soon enough

Bugfender is very user friendly. We used to use it on our website and it was very user friendly. It could monitor all the websites we were working on. It could monitor all our services like our website, our emails, and our phone calls. It was very user friendly. I did not like its price. It is a little expensive for a small company.
