This is very easy to implement, and has been great at identifying which features work best for our customers at any given time. It's easy to understand how well an individual page performs as we can compare it to other pages within our site. I like that you can create your own tests with multiple variables to see which one is working best! You also need some knowledge of coding in order to really make it work well, but once you get used to using this product it's easy peasy!! I love that it allows me to test different variations of my emails with ease, giving me more confidence in knowing what works best for my audience. I love that it is very easy to use, gives you all of your metrics in one place (including which variations are shown), has great support as well! If there were more people using this or they implemented cross-browser compatibility then maybe this would be even better!
