Looks perfect to me

I really like this watch. I bought it twice. The first watch got lost so I thought I'd stick with this item. As it turned out, he didn't disappoint me at all! Knowing his style, the shiny new items still impress me. I recommend this watch.

After buying one in a different color a few years ago, I have .

Having bought another color a few years ago I prefer this to this 'Rose Gold' version as upon closer inspection I think it looks more like chocolate diamond/crystal encrustation; one that is unacceptable to my taste.

I love this clock

I love this clock. They are so pretty and I get lots of compliments on them. I wear them almost all the time! This watch has a two-year guarantee. My problem is that the tape is coming loose. Can you send me a replacement strap, if not can you send me the paperwork so I can send the watch back to you? Many Thanks.

. The same as the picture, although it's more like another product with a lower value

I don't know if you moved the wrong product for me but the color is not the same as the picture, although it is larger similar to 1 other less expensive products. And I can't change the product because it was transported to Vietnam by my friend. very disappointed Here is the product I actually photographed the outside and to the side is a photo I took on the Revain website.

Not working in week 7 :(

I actually liked it. About 7 weeks until the minute and hour hands got stuck for unknown reasons, so not working. That's a lot of money to spend money on a watch which no longer works I am very disappointed I came to my original order to ask for an exchange but seems I am stuck with a watch that is not working and I need to buy something else I think I should local shop so I can reach customer service or get a refund if this happens again.

Good watch, good price

Good watch, good price. But a stone was missing from the dial, I had the same problem with another watch I ordered last time. There is no stone in the face. I returned it and bought this watch and again I had the exact same problem. I think Revain should take a closer look at how they should handle these delicate items and make sure they are free of defects before sending them out to customers. This is the second time I have had to send it back to get another one. upset.!
