Great Customer Service/Excellent System

I really like how easy it was to navigate through their website! Their customer support has been fantastic as well - they are so helpful with my questions that sometimes even though i know what option will best fit me (because its listed right above where you're typing), still helps just having someone there who can help walkthrough this for ya :) Overall great experience working here at BAL!! I have a great experience with them for many years - no problems whatsoever

The ease to use this software for my business needs was very helpful! I did not have any issues with using it throughout its 6 years that we used them (we still do). It has been difficult at times locating an issue or bug during our time working there but they were always quick about fixing those problems as well so no complaints from us here - just happy customers who are delighted by their product's features & performance over all these many months since purchase date!!
